Transparency- even about the not-so-great parts of growth, leads to an increase in employee, consumer, and stakeholder buy-in and encourages folks to see themselves as an integral part of your mission. However, deepening that connection is only a small part of the work; up next is activating the implementation and accountability measures that make the changes real.
